The next Assassin's Creed game has now been (officially) announced.
After the recent leak of Assassins Creed Unity that consisted of photos sent to Kotaku that showed the game off.
Ubisoft has now confirmed that this is in fact the next game in the series. They have also released a trailer (though the game is still in its alpha stage)
Titled Assassins Creed Unity. The game sets place in what most are concluding to be Paris. Though no official date has been said when it takes place, though what most are assuming mid to late 1800's
It has also not been confirmed whether this will continue along the bloodline of the Kenway family from Assassin's Creed 3 (Connor), or Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (Edward).
The game has been confirmed to be Next Gen. Coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
While no specific date has been revealed, like past games it will be available Holiday 2014
There is still rumor, though, that another Assassin's Creed game is being developed for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. But Ubisoft has not confirmed this.
